16 Days of 21 Days
Only 5 more days to go. I think I'll do a maintence for one week and then go back on the diet. Last week I didn't do so good and lost a total of 10lbs. I'm hoping my last week I'll do better. I have noticed that my skin is clear and my hair feels softer. I've also been eating raw honey everyday for a week and I think that has really helped with the pain in my feet. Very little pain these days and feeling so much better.

14 Days of 21 Days
This will probably be a part 2 blog day, maybe even part 3. I need to get back into the game. So far so good this morning, although it is only 8:15.
I noticed this morning that my feet haven't been hurting as much lately. I think it has to do with the honey have been eating everyday for the past week. Raw honey is very sweet and it has a funky flavor to it has well, but if taken in small quantities it isn't too bad. I made the mistake of eating a spoonful and couldn't get it down. I've heard that there are great benefits to eating honey with cinnamon and I'm wondering if that will help with the flavor. I'll have to get it a try tonight.

Should have never had that pizza because I have fallen off the wagon. I had chicken salad for lunch and a twix later in the afternoon. I was doing so good and I need to get my head back into the game.

The pizza party was today and I had one slice and a brownie. Didn't have my drink that afternoon and had some soup later that evening, but not much.

11 Days of 21 Days
I walked my 1 mile in 23 minutes. Of course that isn't all that greater considering that someone ran a mile in 1 minute, but every little bit helps. Plus, I knocked off 2 minutes. I was normally doing it in 25 minutes. So good for me. I didn't do the weight training because I'm a bit sore from yesterday. Tomorrow will be the day for that and a walk. Although I'm not sure when I'll be able to do my walk because there will be a pizza party at work during my normal walking time. Great!!! (sarcastically)
