Pretty good day today. I added a strength training routine to my schedule. Nothing to much, but something. I'm doing the biggest loser exercise dvd I just love the guy on there of course I can't think of his name...Bob? Anyway, I don't think I have a stomach muscle left. I was doing some setups and my stomach just cramped up on me. What a horrible feeling.
Tomorrow I'll walk on the treadmill at lunch and do 1 mile and if I'm feeling good, maybe a little more. I think I'll also do the strength training when I get home if I'm not to sore.
